RJ Coe Managing Principal

R.J. Coe is a Managing Principal of Apollo’s national healthcare real estate investment advisory group, located in Apollo’s Denver office. R.J. specializes in advising on dispositions for physician owners as well as public and private owners of healthcare real estate, including single asset and portfolio dispositions, sale/leasebacks, debt/equity recapitalizations, and tax-deferred strategies, such as UPREIT and the §1031 exchange. His transaction and advisory experience has involved all types of healthcare real estate assets, including medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, short-stay hospitals, inpatient rehab facilities, and other inpatient and outpatient facilities.

Prior to forming Apollo, R.J. was a Director with a healthcare real estate advisory group based in Atlanta, GA. In this position he was responsible for providing real estate professional services including financial analysis, business development, marketing, and executing healthcare related transactions. Prior to that position, R.J. was the senior analyst at a healthcare focused middle market investment banking firm where he was responsible for financial analysis, preparing market collateral and transactional consulting for the healthcare investment sales team. R.J. also brings significant financial and development experience to Apollo from his previous development career with firms located in Washington D.C. & Denver, CO, where his primary focus was on underwriting and asset management. While in these roles he underwrote over $1.1 billion of commercial real estate assets.

Kyle Samouce Managing Principal

Kyle Samouce is a Managing Principal of Apollo’s national healthcare real estate investment advisory group, located in Apollo’s Denver office. Kyle specializes in advising on dispositions for physician owners as well as public and private owners of healthcare real estate, including single asset and portfolio dispositions, sale/leasebacks, debt/equity recapitalizations, and tax-deferred strategies, such as UPREIT the §1031 exchange.

Prior to forming Apollo, Kyle was an Emerging Technologies Sales Executive at a large Fortune 100 company. Primarily working with industry leading technology companies and REIT groups, he advised C-level executives on their IT business initiatives and formulated solutions to propel their businesses to the next level. Additionally, he was responsible for TCO modeling, contracts, and pricing analysis. Kyle also brings extensive real estate knowledge and expertise to Apollo from his experience working in Colorado’s real estate industry, specializing in multi-family investments and multi-family brokerage. Kyle holds an active real estate license for the State of Colorado.
